Using innovative prototyping materials we are able to provide products and components that can be used in critical environments. We develop and build products in innovative materials with static dissipative properties for applications where a static charge can damage products, impair their performance or cause an explosion, prevent a buildup of static electricity, so it will not produce a static shock or cause other materials like powders, dust and fine particles to stick to it.

Technologies used by Spring for Rapid Prototyping are ideal for electronic products with circuit boards and for the transportation and industrial equipment industries. Most widely used to create jigs and fixtures for the assembly of electronic components, it is also useful for building functional prototypes of fuel storage and delivery products, as well as cases, enclosures and packaging. ABS-ESD7 allow us to bring together versatility and the possibilities offered by Rapid Prototyping.

Our experiences and skills developed and built brought us to achieve a particular procedure suitable to made low volume production, to create organizer or electronic components or hardware’s boxes and to create medical devices (used, for example, for atomized liquids, because it prevents the accumulation of liquids on the part’s walls).
